The GRBL Connection Bridge is a software feature included in NEJE's Windows version control software. It provides the following capabilities:
It is compatible with only NEJE 3/4/5 series devices.
It is supported exclusively by the Windows version of NEJE control software.
The principle behind the GRBL Connection Bridge is that GRBL data is no longer sent directly from LightBurn to the NEJE device. Instead, it is first sent to the NEJE control software, which then forwards the data to the NEJE device through either USB or Bluetooth.
To make LightBurn send data to the NEJE software, you need to use a virtual serial port software. After installing this software, it creates a virtual serial port pair, and data sent to one port will be received on the other.
Reliable Mode is a new feature introduced in GRBL version 2.0.0.
It primarily addresses the unreliability of GRBL streaming transmission.
Traditional GRBL streaming transmission has the following issues:
Communication with GRBL is no longer pure data streaming; instead, the data to be transmitted is packaged, with added packet numbers and CRC checks. Lost or erroneous data is retransmitted.

Install the software with the default options, and it should be ready for use without additional steps.
Try the following steps:
Close the NEJE software.
Run setupg.exe(C:\Program Files (x86)\com0com)
Delete existing virtual serial port pairs until you have an empty list.

Bluetooth connections have a slower data rate. While it suffices for cutting modes, it can take more time for large data sets, such as grayscale mode. It's advisable to use a USB connection for large data transfers.
Ensure that you've updated your firmware to the latest version to support Reliable Mode.
Bluetooth transmission speed and reliability are not as high as USB. For long tasks, it's recommended to use USB mode.
After enabling Reliable Transmission Mode, a yellow LED on the mainboard will light up, indicating that it's not the traditional GRBL mode. In this mode, you cannot directly connect your device to LightBurn. You need to exit Reliable Transmission Mode or restart your device to connect it to LightBurn directly.
