Some of our batches use the wrong synchronous wheel accessories, which may cause the equipment to work abnormally. Common errors are as follows:
The scanned image will be offset, and you will get a tilted work (note the red line in the picture below)
The scanned image is misaligned, as shown below
The cause of this problem is that we used the wrong synchronous wheel accessories.
There are two types of synchronous wheels: 2GT and MXL. The 2GT synchronous wheel has arc teeth, and the MXL synchronous wheel has rectangular teeth.
Similarly, belts are divided into 2GT and MXL types.
2GT belts need to be used with 2GT wheels.
MXL wheels need to be used with MXL wheels.
If the wheels and belt models do not match, problems will occur.
NEJE equipment has always used 2GT belts.
NEJE equipment should all use 2GT wheels, and some batches use the wrong MXL wheels.
Please try to scan a larger area, such as 10cm width.
You can also remove your synchro wheel and check the shape of the synchro wheel teeth. If it is round, it is normal. If it is square, it is abnormal.
If the scan is normal, it means there is no problem with your device. If the scanned image is tilted or misaligned, please contact us.
If your device uses the wrong MXL synchro wheel, please Contact us and provide the following:
We will send you a replacement for free.
